Challenges Faced and Seeking Assistance

During my tenure from January 2023 to February 2023, I was entrusted with the responsibility of completing one loan process as per the terms of my job offer. It is unfortunate that I faced significant obstacles throughout this period, hindering my ability to meet the required target. Allow me to provide a detailed account of the events.

Initial Challenges and Managerial Support

As a fresher, I embarked on the loan process with enthusiasm, eager to assist a customer who had approached the bank for a home loan. However, during the course of the process, I encountered uncertainties regarding the verification of essential documents. As a result, I reached out to my assigned Manager for guidance and support.

Lack of Assistance from Multiple Managers

To my dismay, my Manager, citing paternity leave, was unable to provide the necessary assistance and advised me to seek help from another manager. This redirection occurred three times, with each manager claiming unavailability due to workload or other commitments. Regrettably, despite my best efforts, I did not receive the support required to successfully process the loan application.

Resignation and Seeking Accountability

On February 24, 2023, my Senior Officer raised concerns about my progress, emphasizing that only four days remained to achieve the target. Frustrated by the lack of training and assistance from the officials, I lodged a complaint with the Senior Officer, explaining the reasons behind my inability to meet the required target. Consequently, feeling unsupported and with deep regret, I made the difficult decision to resign from my position the following day.

Seeking Accountability and Compensation

Given the circumstances I have described, I now seek your guidance on the appropriate actions. Can i take against the Area Sales Manager, the three other managers involved, and the Team leader?. Their failure to provide essential assistance and training directly contributed to my inability to fulfill the mandated target. I firmly believe that accountability should be upheld in such cases.
