Sub: House Owner Not Repaying The Lease Amount And Now Bank Is Auctioned For SaleI have given a lease amount of INR600000/- (Six Lakhs only) for the year September 2016 for twenty residents. Last year 2018 a notice from Axis Bank was attached. On the house we are currently living in the House Owner have taken a loan of Rupees (INR 1,75,00,000.00) (Rupees One Crore Seventy Five Lakhs) and will not repay the same so we will take the house for sale/auction. We gave a complaint to Thirumangalam Police Sir (CSR xx/2020) DATE : 17.01.2020

They called and inquired, the house owner said that he will return your money in 6 (six) months, despite asking many times, he did not return our money, I, my husband, two daughters, my very old mother-in-law and father-in-law are living in this house.My husband works in the private sector with low salary. We are keeping this lease amount in this city of Chennai.
