The case is my older son became major and they needed my son to come to court and say, he doesn't have any objection. The hearing in court is getting postponed and till now we don't know what is happening anymore, as the party who is in between us (landlord and tenant) is keeping us in dark of what is happening? We are not getting rent from the tenant and recently. They say that we have to pay the interest on the amount they pay to us in the beginning.we live in the USA, and cannot take care of it directly.
