Dear Sir, Kindly resolve our civil case regarding property issues. We are having family property the details: The property is in my grandfather's name available land area 4500 sqft of an old house. (Document for the year 1921) My grandfather only has one son. My father also has only one son. (Myself) At the time of my grandfather and my father's death, I have not applied for death and legal heir ship certificate for the period of 1969 & 1989. . The patta of the house property was also not transferred. Now how to execute the house property to my name. I am struggling with the documentation process for the past 20 years.
