Vignesh asked 2 years ago My grandfather had 3 wives. My father is the first son of the first wife. My uncle is the second son of a second wife. My aunty is the third daughter of a third wife.
In total 2 sons 1 daughter.
A couple of years back my grandfather was give the settlement to all of his heirs.2 wives son (uncle) got the first plot of land which is near to the road.
1st wife's son(my dad) got the second plot of land.
3rd wife's daughter(aunty) got the third plot of land.The problem is second and third plot owners don't have a 10 feet common pathway to the land. According to the settlement certificate, only 4feet have been given which is for pipeline connections.When we ask for 10 feet common pathway my uncle denied giving it.
