Land Partition Query

Land Partition Query: Both my parents are no more. I have one elder brother. We have a parent property (not by the way of ancestral, it is the property of my father\'s earning) but unfortunately there is no will be prepared by my parents. Now my brother and I wanted to partition the property into equal halves. In fact, The query here is, the property must be split in half facing the roadside only? The property is in neighbor houses on the East, West, and South sides and the Northside is the road.
