My dad, grandfather had three sons. Without proper partition all three sons enjoying field. During resurvey Patta name come improperly for all three sons..

But they didn't care about that and enjoy the field as usual. Four years before my dad plan for partition and file one case for equal Land partition. In preliminary judgement they give judgement as 1/3 in all field. We wait for commissioner for proper Land partition. In-between that with compromise of all lawyer we plan for proper partition.All tell ok and start measurement work and other thing. Finally one party go back and ask field as per resurvey patta and another one party sell one land during case. Now I want to know that the patta is valid one or not.
