The tenant is staying in the house after the lease period expired. They are challenging to vacate since he has a political background. A case was filed against him and he also put a case for a lease extension.I already refused for lease extension. And complaints also were given against him in the police station and in the chief ministers' grievance cell.In the police station, he says he is going to put the case for rental control and in court, he says I am torturing him via the police. While talking directly he is asking interest for the lease amount of 2.5 lakhs and wants to stay free without rent. He is not vacating the house even I refused to collect rent before 1 year but now after putting the case in Thirukazukundram court the time is extended and moreover, he is not attending the trials. The court order is not yet put and he is staying in the house without paying rent for the 17 months and without any agreement. The judge is giving importance to criminal cases and giving the next trial date on every attempt of my lawyer. How to solve the problem. can I able to get rent for the 17 months and how he will be vacated.Tenant not vacated the house after lease period and staying without agreement past 17 months Tenant not vacated the house after lease period and staying without agreement past 17 months Popular Questions:https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/legal-metrology-compliance/https://www.lawyerchennai.com/legal-consultation/property-encroachment-related-civil-law/https://www.lawyerchennai.com/consult-an-advocate/Ask your Questions for Legal Consultation:
