Land Dispute to cancel the Patta and registration deed

This is regarding my Land Dispute. I'm Ex-serviceman retired from the Indian Army. During my tenure in Army, I bought 3 grounds of land in Padappai from one party through a broker in the year 2007. In the year 2017, I had financial problems so I thought of selling my plot through a broker. Accordingly, one party came and saw my land and he was interested. I sold to him and got registered in the Guduvanchery Sub Register Office. When the new owner wanted to construct a house, one local party claimed that the property land belongs to him and used all muscle power and financial power. We have sufficient proof. My next owner also approached various Govt dept to declare his land is legal. Now the tahsildar is saying the land belongs to that property and will cancel the Patta and registration deed.
