Regarding Property Registration

Regarding Property Registration: I bought a panchayat-approved land in 2016 with a contract that I will pay the whole amount as EMI within the next 5 years. In between I stopped paying and after a year break started to continue paying regularly. Now only 8 months remain and when I ask Regarding Property Registration they are asking Rs50000/- more in the name of getting DTCP approval. After this dispute, I just googled a little information and got to know that the market value is just 70-80rupees per sq feet when I bought, But including all EMI I will be paying 2 lakh 30 thousand for 84000 valued plot. I can't change the past. But there is no transparency and proper help from the promoter. I bought another plot on the same land for which I defaulted paying EMI for the past 3 years. They sold it without my knowledge. In fact till last September, I was asking about buying that plot as well. They said ok but in November they told me that the plot was sold already without informing me. I said ok no issue give back my money for which they refused and asked me to buy another plot. In view of commission, I entered this real estate and ended up paying from my pocket and also 3 or 4 of my relatives. Very much depressed to know all these things. Please suggest what is next Regarding Property Registration? I already paid 230000 still company asking 50k for registration and DTCP approval.
