Credit Card Default Harassment: I am an Indian (from Chennai) settled in the United Kingdom. Firstly, I had taken a card from ABN AMRO in 2008 in which I had Credit Card Default and some payments pending.  I was paying till the first quarter of 2009. However, He had to leave the country due to a financial crisis and took employment in the UK.  In fact, I was not able to continue the payment as I had huge financial difficulties. Moreover, I did not get a job here in the UK immediately. Since I was struggling to settle in the UK for all these years, I did not have the finances to pay off this card.
