Hi sir! I want to get a legal opinion regarding a business problem. Am running a small shipping company. Recently I booked and have a container for a company. After taking the container they hold the box saying that the person whom I took the container has default payment with them previously. So I order to that they hold the container now it’s almost 2month still they r not returning it and now we have got an invoice for holding the container which is a huge amount now I want to k ow how to move forward as the business didn’t take place.
