My brother got accident 2 weeks before while he was going to the site near Pondichery. He used his company office two-wheeler when this happened. he got broken bone in the left leg and dislocation of the right hand. We first got it admitted to Govt hospital and then for better treatment we took him to Chennai Meenakshi hospital and got operated for the leg which cost us 3 lakh.

The problem is there is no response from his firm for compensation. Moreover, They have not even got insurance on his name as such. Just want to understand what are the legal way we can speak to the company and get this incident compensated. They also closed the case in Police Station without our concern where at least we would have opted for insurance. Furthermore, I'm is brother and I'm writing from Kanchipuram which is our Native. The company is in Chennai.
