Vehicle seized by finance

Vehicle seized by finance: Sir due to the lockdown period I could not able to pay 4 EMI. Hence it is a commercial car which is in Ban by Tamilnadu. This is during the lockdown period as I have requested time from the finance. But suddenly they seized the vehicle without intimation. And they asked to pay the pending dues and upcoming 1 due and seizing charges etc. Yesterday I have received a notice that my vehicle is going to auction (bidding) suddenly.
