Sasi asked 4 years ago I gave power of attorney to my father to manage property that was built in my native. Meanwhile, I paid all money from working abroad. Now my father claims the property as his own still originals in the bank. I refused to give him so he and my brother. Did a sale agreement in my absence with all three of us as buyers and sellers for 40 lakhs with 15 lakhs advance for 2 years that expired but it’s there in EC. They won’t agree to cancel the Sale agreement. What to do in this case How to save my property please advice
