Hi, I am living in Chennai in an apartment building that carries 6 flats in total. In the 1st floor of the property building, one has purchased a Residential flat from Bank auction. They have started working on all wood works/paint works disturbing neighbors with sounds/noises for the past couple of months. But that's not a major problem for us now, because it appears the person is converting that flat into an ayurvedic clinic and setups are happening accordingly.I am living in Chennai in an apartment building that carries 6 flats in total.
