However, they later requested to hold the cheque, promising to make an online payment instead. Since then, multiple attempts have been made for payments, but the cheques provided were not honored, and the online payments were insufficient.I have diligently maintained a record of all transactions, including copies of the bounced cheques, records of online payments, and the mortgagee deed provided by the defaulter. I am attaching these documents for your reference.

Stalled Progress and Pandemic Impact:

Despite my belief that the buyer would fulfill their payment obligations, no progress has been made in resolving this matter. Due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to take any legal actions after the last bounced cheque in 2020.
