Partnership to Proprietorship conversion: I have started a broadband work contract business in the year 2017 with my friend as a 50% partner and register the company with a proper partnership deed. The business has a GST, company PAN & Current account. The turnover of the company, each year is less than 10Lakhs. Until now, I am working as a managing partner and my partner doesn't contribute anything w.r.t investment or other required efforts to run the business. Hence I am the one who shares all the profit so far. Now I want to dissolve the partnership which is mutually agreed upon by my partner and propose my mother as a sole proprietor of the company to avoid tax liabilities in my name. Please explain the Legal Procedure of my request.[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1200"]Ask your legal doubt of Partnership to Proprietorship conversion | Best advice and Consultation.
