National Stock Exchange Issue

This is with regards to File an appeal for an Arbitration matter at National Stock Exchange. I have to file an appeal for an Arbitration matter for three member arbitrator bench at National Stock Exchange, Chennai before 26 12 20. The case is between me and Motial Oswal, a Stock Market trading member, Mumbai.

The procedure adopted is wrong as it is against prescribed by NSE

The issue wrong accounting procedure maintained in preparing ledger to decide payout to trader . Procedure adopted is wrong as it is against prescribed by NSE. The above had resulted in debit figures leading to confiscation of shares of substantial value.

Single Arbitrator stage with failure in National Stock Exchange Issue

i had crossed single arbitrator stage with failure. Now three member bench is to be approached. since subject is more of practical trading nature, i am looking for person conversant with the practice in the stock market

Single arbitrator`s award is wrong on many counts with reference to my appeal points. Appeal was wrongly understood on many counts . Lot of errors in the award
