My Result not Declare yet

Rais asked 1 year ago
My son student at the SCHOOL OF DISTANCE EDUCATION, TAMILNADU PHYSICAL EDUCATION SPORTS UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI, TAMILNADU. He gives an online exam in Feb 2022, but still his result not declare yet. The controller of the Exam office said, to submit PCP CERTIFICATE ( personal contact program). But no notice/ intimation/ communication was sent to me by any means. I thought there is no personal contact program due to COVID, university take exams online mode. I contact, Registrar sir, COE sir, and Coordinator sir, via phone, and e-mail, but no solution. What is my fault? Now what I will do, is get my Diploma Certificate.Popular questions:

Send a formal written complaint to the University's Vice-Chancellor

In this situation, I would suggest that you send a formal written complaint to the University's Vice-Chancellor, detailing the issue and requesting their intervention to resolve it. You can also request that the University provides you with a copy of the notice/intimation/communication about the PCP certificate requirement that you allegedly did not receive. In case the University fails to respond or resolve the issue, you can seek legal remedies by filing a writ petition in the High Court against the University, seeking relief for the delay in the declaration of your son's exam results, as well as damages for any losses suffered as a result of the same.Overall, it's important to take a proactive approach and seek legal advice to protect your rights and ensure the service of fair justice is served.
