My company is asking me to sign in blank stamp paper

I have a 3 year bond with my company. Firstly, They have my educational certificates. Moreover, My bond ends in a few months. I want to pursue higher studies. After 3 years for VISA purposes I need my documents. My company said they will give me the documents only if I sign on a blank stamp paper. They say that they will give me back if I return the certificates.Without signing blank stamp paper they said they won't give my documents back and will only give them back after 3 years of completion. they are asking me to sign in 100 rs bond blank stamp paper. In fact, How far can the damages be if they misuse the documents?They are a well-reputed company with multiple branches in India and all over the world actually, so I hope they will stick to what they say and return the blank stamp paperback after I finish my VISA process but I want to know what all might be the possible worst-case outcomes.
