Mother’s Father Property issue

1) My mother's father registered his property (self earned) for his sons' name. (As orally confirmed by the uncles) 2) now My mother's father is no more, we have asked our uncles to give our share, but they are refusing & challenging us and further saying that you can not get even single money from us. 3) My mom and three heirs are alive, (it includes two uncles n one aunt is staying with her mom, my aunt s unmarried) my mom's mother is getting Railway Pension. 4) one uncle is working in Southern Railway, another one is doing business.
