Mental trauma and nuisance by neighbors: recently we brought new apartment and in a building having total of 6 apartment. We were the first to buy. Days went peacefully as one by one owners occupied. But what happened is last 2 apartment were bought by owners residing on 2nd floor of the building.These two owners have rented their space to other tenants. But they visit very frequently during Un-time very early morning and at late evenings (sometimes drunk).

They doesn't visit their rented house people but instead visit premises. And unnecessarily fight and nuisance why this thing is here and why this thing is there and fight and threaten. My parents have health issues of Mental trauma and are old. As we reside in ground floor we have that small drying stand in front of our left window entrance ( in a small 10x10 space). Next Mental trauma is We have closed slipper cupboard built by builder for us as it's the biggest and only apartment at ground floor 3bhk. Again having their apartment on 2nd floor they are keeping their slipper right in front of our house. My mom has to clean and fight over this please help. Another nuisance issue is our parking is independent with separate gate. They keep fighting and asking for that gate key. We have small plants at our parking. In fact, We regularly maintain those, again they fight even though it\'s in our space and doesn't bother or hinder anyone. Moreover, We have lost peace and health Mental trauma because of this.
