Ahmad asked 3 years ago My name is Ahmed I'm from Sudan I traveled to India in 2015 on a student visa in TamilNadu erode when I arrived in India the college to which I've been admitted was not good enough for my study so I had to change the college to another one in the same area. To pay all of it so I was overstay for 5 years. now I got the exit permit and I paid a fine of 25700. The issue now I want to come back to India to start a business in and since I overstayed they will block me at least for 2 years before I enter back to India again and from my side, I don't want that to happen to me because I want to come back with business Visa to start the business.
