Gratuity case: As myself from Coimbatore and the Labour court II in Chennai ordered in a Private Ltd Company, Oragadam to release my gratuity money and it is almost 80 days till I have not received anything from the company and there is no further information from Labor office after I wrote a letter stating that I have not received the money. Kindly advice how to proceed further.
