k.s.chandra asked 2 years ago I am 71 years old lady retired income tax officer. my husband expired last year. He was getting a pension from the same dept. my children are not dependent on me. I have one mentally challenged sister with no income can I claim a FAMILY PENSION for her after my demise. How to resolve this issue?
