False case in Affair with a Married Women

My name is Mario George Fernandes. Please help me in a false case against me. I had affair with a married woman for 2 years. After 2 years her husband came to know about us. And I got my jaw fractured but her husband and she went to the police station and filed a case against me and the police didn't give me any chance for treatment. then filed a False case and fir on me and they took my NC but didn't give me the copy and sent me to jail.After 3 days I got bail. Then I went to the doctor. And then I came to know that I have a fracture my jaw. I showed all the evidence of that woman and mine having affair.
