Subash asked 5 years ago Before 9 years I got married and having two kids. One studying in school and another one below 1 year. As of some years we had clashes often. we tried to suppress but it's blooming with new things we can't continue our life together as it giving some much stress & tension to us tat affects the kids we want to divorce mutually. She will take the kids with her & didn't want any compensation for her & kids too. Plz guide me what are the formalities and plz tell me how long will it take to get the divorce
