The block stands on a plot of about 3 grounds. I bought the flat from the original allottee and my sale deed mentions of an area of 932 sft with UDS of 1/3 rd of 932 sft land. All the six owners approached TNHB for an NOC to allow additional construction. This is for extending each flat by about 600 sft, which was in permission.

Sale deed mentioning about this UDS certificate
Along with NOC, TNHB also gave us a drawing mentioning the dimensions of our plot and when added up, indicates the size of plot as 7350 sft. The plan for addl construction was got approved by CMDA and building was extended. Now I intend to sell my flat on second floor and the buyer wanted me to get an UDS certificate from TNHB for my flat, which was obtained by me and it states my UDS as 1145 sft. The buyer has drafted a sale deed mentioning about this UDS certificate in one of the pages but finally, while drawing up the property schedule for sale, mentions the UDS of my flat as 1225 sft, ie 7350 sft/ 6flats.[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="1200"]
