Sujith asked 4 years ago I have been following up with the cell tower company (Mobile phone Tower) for many years to remove the cell tower but they are not removing it at all. they have not paid any rents since their company ran into bankrupt. I have raised this concern long back before they became bankrupt. The tower had damaged our building and we feel unsafe because of the heavyweight of the tower on top of our building. it is life-threatening and I need immediate action before it brings in problems to us. What steps should I take to make sure they remove the tower? , our building is damaged very badly, we need to fix it, they made us run from one place to another place for nearly 5 years. My aged mother and uncle also suffered because of this. since we are not financially stable, we are approaching Rajendra law firm..kindly help.
