Raghupathy M asked 3 years ago My father bought a property of 2 acres of agricultural land in tindivanam Tamil Nadu in 1971. He wrote a will of these 2 acres that belong to my sisters. My father died in 1993 and this land was taken care of by my sisters' husband and brother-in-law. The first two uncles married my two sisters. The third person married outside.
My two uncles and third person have put partition of their lands of 14 acres owned by them and included my father's land 2 acres inside the partition without the knowledge of my sisters. My sisters haven\'t signed the partition and they don't have the knowledge about it. Now the third person my sisters' brother-in-law owns the 2 acres in his share and got the patta in 2005. Finally, Now he is claiming adverse possession since he is having for 15 years.
