Ahamed asked 2 years ago Abroad loan collection agency threatening and defamation: I am Ahamed from Kattumannarkudi Cuddalore district. I have worked in Dubai and got a loan and credit card from Abu Dhabi bank in UAE. My company not paid salary for one and half year. I came for vacation in Aug 2020 due to corona situation. I was unable to go back due to flight stops and my visa expired. So company has to pay me one and half year salary and my final settlement around 75 lakhs in Indian rupees.
Once I come to India, I couldn't repay the loan amount. I was in default. After 3 months, UAE BANK filed a case in court against me and banned me to travel to UAE. Now Abroad Loan Collection agency threatening and defamation from Pondicherry and Chennai, one person come to the home and shouted just like that. He is telling to everyone in neighbors and in streets. Actually that home was sold before 20 years. In my passport same address is there. In that house, only ladies are there. He is shouting to everyone.I received the call from one mobile number and they threatening me and harassment speech. I asked who are you? And you are from where? Where is Authorization details? But nothing given. I don't know how to handle this?
Loan amount is Rs.12 lakhs only, once I received my settlement from my company, I will pay it off. But I couldn't enter into UAE because of entry ban.
